    Default Community Outreach !

    I just returned from a local Rotary International where I did a 30-minute presentation on the AT and UL backpacking. They were very engaged and asked many questions, but were not too impressed by the idea of joining in once I showed them a picture of Cable Gap Shelter in the pouring rain...

    My wife is in Rotary, I've been to a convention with her and most of the Rotarians I me wouldn't like the looks of any shelter!

    Some of us enjoy hiking, but I still am no big fan of sleeping in shelters.
