    Reservation for the winter camping season which begins Dec. 1 are also being taken now. Follow the link that Teej posted for details. Fees are higher, but prime spots tend to fill quickly -- or used to. I confine my winter walks to local trails these days and haven't checked Winter Baxter use for some time.
