    Default Camelbak Elixir Tabs

Can anyone tell me what you think about these tabs? Or the NUUN Tabs? I usually use hydration powders but these caught my eyes.

    Any reviews or ideas helpful.

Thanks and Take a Hike.. I know I want to.

I've been using these: http://www.hammernutrition.com/produ...lytes.elt.html in capsule form.

The thing I don't like about powders is that the taste gets into whatever container it's mixed in and is hard to get out if I want to have just "regular" water - say to cook with.

I don't know about Nuun but I like the Camelbak variety. I use it it my bladder and don't have to worry about sugar gumming things up. I haven't noticed a problem with the taste lingering.

Thanks 10-k. When I first got into Mountain Biking I used what was called Cyclomax. it never left a residue. Dont know what ever happend with it. When I ride now, or hike, I like tp keep my hydration water seperate from my regular water. I.e, Canelbak, water, waterbottled, hydration.

I will give this a look. Thanks.

I use the elixir all the time. The lemon lime is my least favorite and the orange is my preferred flavor. The orange also has caffiene in it as well which can come in handy for us addicts.
