    It and a couple other versions are OK but .... part of what is missing is the fat to be truthful. Though it works very nicely in Thai or Asian dishes - since it is a powder it mixes in easily! And being a powder no mess.

    But made into PB...no thanks.

    I've got 4 jars of it. Kind of a pain to use as PB. I tend to take Justin's individual packets instead. I think I found those through Sarbar.

    I understand this is now available at EMS, but why? just take a small jar with you or jam it in those Campmor tubes.

    Nutritionally they are taking out what makes peanut butter such a great backpacking food. It doesn't weigh less because they are dehydrating it. It weighs less because they are squeezing out the oils. Fat is the most dense macro nutrient. 9 calories per gram compared to 4 calories per gram for carbs and protein.

    That said you should certainly support a Tifton GA based business.
