I have noted that tyvek for our 2-man tent weighs about 6 ounces. Our scale is not the best, but perhaps that will get you in the ballpark for what you are looking for.

I would not bother carrying a ground cloth if it's not durable enough to protect my tent and pad...weight for a Double Rainbow Tyvek footprint which I believe is 92 x 48 is 6.5 oz.
About 4 oz. A polychro groundsheet of same size would be less than 1.5 oz - that's about as light as you can go.

tyvek is too heavy, but is durable. Polycro is OK, but hard to replace unless you mail them to yourself.
A mylar space blanket ($1.99) from walmart camping dept or most any sporting goods store is very light, packs small and can be replaced easily and cheaply anytime you need too. Its all I use now for due to the simple convenience. About 1.8 oz for 2-person tent size, solo would be about 1oz.
a ground cloth 1) protects the tent bottom to some degree. 2) keeps it clean, esp in wet conditions 3) serves as a moisture barrier which reduced condensation inside your tent from ground water vapor that diffuses thru the tent bottom.
