    Angry GoLite Clearance ?

Anyone else have a recent "Clearance Sale" item ordered only to be told a couple of days later that "due to high sales volume a refund was being issued on the item"?

    Yup!!

On the original order receipt they did acknowledge that if for some reason they couldn't fill the order they would refund my card and contact me within 24hrs. Two full days later I received an email saying sorry, we oversold here's a refund and a 30% off regular priced stuff. I figured I was safe after 24hrs. Guess not.

Man, seriously... I've spent about $450 on Golite stuff the past few months - that's after the 40% discount. I feel like I've been on a drinking binge or something....

On the upside, I've got enough high-quality hiking clothes to last a few years at least, an awesome rain jacket, a daypack and a backpack for the spousal unit.

They do have some well made, light weight clothing. It sucks out the wazoo that every piece has GOLITE GOLITE GOLITE in big letters on it.....

Yeah and the coupon is only good on "Full Priced Items". Think I'll pass on that one.

With the sheer number of people affected, it seems like a bait/switch tactic to me. I am NOT pleased.

Is there still an active GoLite sale coupon?

If so, where do I find the code?
