    Default patagonia drifter ac

    has anyone tried this shoe, seems it's competitively priced with other trail shoes, and runners for that matter, and could likely be purchased on sale somewhere to reduce the price.

    they have a beefy sole that's firm underfoot, unlike a lot of trail runners that are squishy and can put a hurtin' of your feet.

    seems this shoe could put up with a lot of trail miles and still hold up well.
    here's the link;

    thanks

    its a good hiking shoe, I have a pair I use often for lightweight hikes, haven't tried them yet on any long duration backpack trips, but if you were to add some Superfeet green insoles, they would do well on backpacking trips. The shoe also got an award from Outdoor magazine in 2010 as their top hiking shoe
