Springer Shuttle Service
Are there any shuttle services that will take you to the top of Springer mountain so to save a days walk? I know there is a forest road that goes up there.

Yes. Where are you parking? There's no shuttle service right at Amicalola, but several area shuttlers serve both Amicalola and Springer.

Where do you need to be shuttled from?
Looks like you are in Florida like me. If you fly into Atlanta the great folks at the Hiker Hostel will pick you up, shuttle you to the hostel, give you a bunk for the night, and breakfast in the morning then shuttle you to Amicalola or Springer. They have a Thru-Hiker's Special which includes all of this. I'll be taking advantage of this on Thursday. Good luck.
