Trail Name: Fozzie Bear (Fozzie, for short)
Direction: NOBO
Estimated Start Date: mid MARCH some time
Approach Trail: sure why the heck not!
Reason:
For the past few years wherever I have hiked I have carried my rubber chicken, henry, with me. He has hiked all over the world and done all sorts of crazy things. It is a great conversation piece and I always get great looks, and henry likes adventures. So this past weekend we were hiking the presidential range in NH and someone came over to me and called me Fozzie and explained why. Very fitting! for those who may not know fozzie bear is a muppet who apparently carries a rubber chicken all over with him.

Two roads diverged in a wood, and I-
I took the one less traveled by,
And that has made all the difference.

Hiked NOBO in 2007. Started March 19th and finished Oct 9th. I hope to be done mid September this time around. Been counting down the days since I could start again. This time I am lucky enough to be hiking with my GF...Land-O-Lakes (Mahlon on WB). Glad to see lots of Hammock hangers for 2012, there were not many in 2007. So psyched. See y'all up the trail. www.trailjournals.com/hungus
