Grand Union in Johnson Closed

Shelves were empty and store was dark yesterday when I drove by. Rumor has it they are not going to reopen. I'm sure something will take it's place, but doubt it will happen quickly.

No other options for resupply in Johnson other than a couple convenience stores so it's either hitch to Morrisville or use a mail drop. In the other direction there is a small general store and a couple more convenience stores in Jeffersonville, but the selection is limited.

I'll keep an eye and ear out on any news of reopening and relay what I find.

Heading there the first week of Sept myself, so thank you for the information!! Mail drop at Jonesville will just have to be bigger!
