shuttle from hurricane campground to damascus

I am planning to hike from damascus to hurricane campground starting oct.29th. I planned on parking at the hurricane campground, find a ride to damascus and then hike back to the car. Ive gotten quotes from taxi comp. And they are around 100 dollars for 3 ppl and a dog. Any known shuttle services for less or advice is greatly appreciated.
