Default Staying Clean on The Trail

On our last hike on the AT Cindy was determined to stay clean... so she felt she should share. I for one am very happy she insisted on staying fresh.

No wonder my few Youtube backpacking videos are never watched. I bookmarked this link, of course, so now I have a place to go for visual fun---but not for actual worthwhile facts. Here's the thing---wherever she got that bladder of water she should return to and get her cooking pot and have a real bath. Pour the cold spring or creek water over her head and face and entire body if possible---then suds off using bronners soap and use frequent pot rinsings---away from the creek please---to get totally clean of the soap. Her method of using one measly bladder is a tormenting temptation (no pun) and is not a thorough bath.
