I'm still thinking that I can make it. I should know by the end of the week. Can I get a tag with my trail name?

Yeah man. I have your name on the Avery software list, but forgot to put it on the website list. Will do that now.

How do you want that... LETITBE?

I'm not sure what that means exactly but I'll call and let you know if I need a ride.

Ok, I was planning on backpacking starting on Friday night, the 10th - hiking from Spivey Gap to Hot Springs - about 60 miles - I was going to try for 3 days -- or, I could just show up at the NOC, camp somewhere like Rufus Morgan or Sassafras Gap shelter, drink some beer and be at the SO-Ruck - what should I do? FYI -- Saturday will be my 16th year of being 29 years old - really good experience.

There's a few good campsites down the tracks to the east about 100 yards, then off to your right. Weekend calls for sunny skies, with days in the 50's and nights in the low 20's.

You can always do the Tellico Gap to NOC hike Saturday.

If we don't see you Happy Birthday!

Sly--You did your usual magnificant job in pullilng SoRuck together. It was just awesom. Great programs, great speakers, great films, great weather, great food, and the people were the best part. It's just great to see old friends and be around normal people for a change. Again Sly--thanks for all the work.

Great Ruck! Fun to see old friends and meeting new ones! The food was awesome! BTW, who made the vegan cookies and vegan nacho dip?!!!! That was delicious and I would love to have the recipes for both. Funny thing is, I eat meat and dairy like it's my job but those dishes rocked!

    Thanks Jack.

I'm in awe and really appreciative of how well the the kitchen comes together. The food was awesome, thanks to all that brought something, or had a hand in prepping, cooking... and getting it all clean up.

Great time, with lots of old friends and new.

Add my thanks to Sly also, and all those who worked on Ruck logistics especially Mawee who was constantly in the kitchen. I had a great time.
