Anyone have any first hand experience on what stations in the southernmost portion play the NCAA men's basketball tournament?

I've been contemplating delaying my start in 2009 until the Tar Heels are out of the tournament, but if I could listen to it, that is almost as good as tv.

Thanks for the list of radio stations.
