Default Geminid Meteor Shower Tonight 12/14/2011

If you have clear skies in your area, it may be worth hiking up to your favorite viewing spot to check out the sky show. The Geminid's are best seen between 10pm-3am across the country.

    Cheers!

Just don't do what some poor guy in Los Angeles did last night- drove his mustang off a cliff trying to get a good view!

Living in the shadow of Mt Adams/ Madison, which are great cloud catchers, I have given up on seeing any astronomical events. Tonight is no expection. The only question is will it snow or will it rain? But on the rare occasion the skies are clear, the stars are brillent.
