Default A last few details to work out!

Trying to keep pack weight down. For the month of April, does a hiker need sunglasses and sunscreen? I do not burn too easy and eyes are not overly sensitive to the sun. Just wondering, will not take these items if they are not needed. Thanks!

I agree, I do however like a baseball style cap to keep the sun out of my eyes. Usually not a problem though.

I didnt carry sungalsses. Sunscreen is optional, I didn't carry that either, though a small tube is not a bad idea if one burns. Skin cancer is not something to take lightly.
