    Default I'm on the way!

Heading to the airport in a few hours… I’ll be on the AT tomorrow. If you start after me, I’ll be going slow, wave as you pass me by. Many thanks to all the people on WB who posted helpful info. Good luck to all the hikers this year. If you hear a mighty roar in about seven months echoing across the land, be not afraid, it’s just me on top of Mt Katahdin.

Best of luck. Keep hiking. See you on the trail!
    Everyone's first question:
"Wow - How tall are you?"
    Answer: "I'm 6'6""
    Ergo, my trail name: 'Six-Six'

dalhongea (sp) weather....well flipped on your url and see the local weather but not without having to look at the progressive insurance girl (who some likely know by name by now) but at least it wasn't Jared from the Subway commercials-lol-(still prefer haha). Can't say why these lucky creatures of Madison Avenue advertising is a bother to me, as the gecko from Geiko or the cavemen don't seem to raise my hair, anyhoo....you go Animal...with a March 3rd start (gotta check out the Expo at the lodge) i doubt i can walk by you even with 20 mile days! haha.
