Article: How to Create a New Article

Hiya. I don't see a "Create New Article" option anywhere ... is that because I'm new and don't have enough posts yet?

I have looked at the thing on creating a new article but the "create article" button doesn't show up anywhere. What am I missing? Please help! Thanks.

If you logged into the web site you should see it in the top right of the page. I have circled it in this attachment to show the location.

My apologies. To submit a new article you will need to go the New Article Submissions category and click on Create Article.
Once here you should be able to create and article and edit it.
If you can not do this please let me know.
