Very nice! Well done. Only one comment:
There's a difference?Your workout should include both cardiovascular and aerobic exercise.

thank you, I found this post to be very imformative.
IMHO Very well written and organized, but most importantly very informative. I am no 'newbie' but found this post very useful.

Great workbook I would love to see the Appendix to see how you set up the itinerary sheets.

Can someone tell me how much an external pack should weigh? I am not into ultra light, but don't want to lug a heavy pack. I have a Kelti and it weighs about 9 pounds by irself. Thanks. -SunnyWalker
Sunnywalker, it's not unusual to see pack, tent, sleeping bag, pad, pot and stove weigh less than 9 lbs total.
That's actually longer than my journal from my entire trip. Probably more useful, though.
Could you also post this as an attachment, in Word format or as an Adobe PDF? That would make it easier to print (for me at least) and use. And it would have page numbers.

Well, that is really something. OK, I will go and weight my pack and see actually how much it weighs. Thanks. -SunnyWalker![]()
Learned on Outward Bound:
When you get up from taking a break, walk a few paces and then look behind you. Did you leave anything? This works great in real like too, i. e., in restaurants, etc.
