    Default Resupply at 19E area

I am looking for a resupply somewhere at 19E or one day south of that. I was looking at the Mountain Harbor B&B but was wondering how far off the trail it is. I am hiking from Lake Watuaga south to Erwin so a resupply about half way would be great with either a mail drop or shuttle to town for shopping. My Thru-Hikers Compainion has not arrived in the mail yet. Kincora would be great but it is too close to my starting point .

Mountain Harbor is about 0.3 mile from the AT.

2009 Thru-Hikers Handbook (latest one I have) says Mountain Harbour B&B will shuttle to town for $5, where you can resupply at Cloudland Market and Roan Mountan Supermarket. Hope this helps.

I think those markets are now closed, all that's left is the Dollar General.

Mountain Harbour is a great stay! The breakfast they serve is one of the best we found on the AT. A mail drop there would work well, and they keep a decent quantity of resupply stuff on hand, reasonably priced.

Mountain Harbor is great. I stayed there this weekend. Very friendly and they will help you anyway that they can. +1 on the breakfast. Personally, I think it is only maybe .2 from the crossing of 19E.
