Getting from PA airport to Delaware Water Gap..need help!
Does anyone know what might be the easiest way to get from the airport in Philly to Delaware Water Gap?
There is a Greyhound bus from 10th and Arch Street to "Stroudsburg", which is about a mile from the trail at the Delaware Water Gap. It leaves about 7 every morning and costs around $30.00. I took it in March.
Actually, it runs twice a day.
One more thing to add
Take the light rail from PHL Airport to Center City. Exit at the Market East Station -- not 30th Street or Suburban Station. Upon exiting the Filbert Street Station, the Greyhound Bus Station is literally across the street.
Buses go from this Greyhound Station to Stroudsburg at 7 am and 4 pm, and take about three hours to do so. Buy online and it will cost about $20.
There USED to be a Martz Bus that went direct between Philly and DWG, but it no longer runs. So ignore my post from long ago suggesting its use.
