Kelty Zen Fly Problem

I'm having problems with the fly on my Kelty Zen tent. Each time I go to use it the thing it is stuck together like folded sheets of glued fly paper. It takes me about 20 minutes to un-stick the thing! I guess I don't use it that much. Anyone have a suggestion on ways to prevent this? I know that this tent is a whale (5-6lbs) so save your thoughts on dumping it, I have my eye on the MSR Huba but am trying to get one more hike out of the Kelty. Any tips would me helpful. Buddman
