    Default The end is near!

I'm in Glencliff, NH waiting for the post office to open. Started March 30 and only have about 397.8 and about 30 days to go. It will be up and over Moosilauke tomorrow and on to Lincoln, NH. Mt Washington probably Monday. The weather looks excellent across the Whites with the highs and lows in the 50s above 5,000 feet. I think I'm just ahead of the bubble.

Congrats! I'm headed to Katahdin Wednesday for my SOBO hike back to Harpers Ferry so we'll pass between there and there.

Dont get bummed if your schedule slips. Your estimate for 4 weeks to the end of the trail is decidedly optimistic. Sure folks may do it but once you have been up and down Moosiluakee and then the endless puds with the run up South Kinsman for good measure, you may reestimate your end date.

Headin' out from Monson tomorrow, chance of rain 100%. Stayed at Shaws. Got a bucket drop about 30 miles in. Wife will meet me at White House Landing.

Keep it up! I can't wait until I get up there too!

I think the schedule was pretty good. I missed most of the cold weather at the start and didn't hit any at the end. I actually sent my cold weather gear home at Damascus and picked it back up at Glenncliff only to send it home again.
