I remember that story when it broke. Wow. I didn't realize the family was planning on attempting to sue over the incident. It does sound like the guy made a choice to go back to the same area, though he had run-ins with an aggressive goat. That wouldn't have been my choice, but if I had made the choice to go there, then I would be accepting the risks. The parks don't have animatronic animals. No way to predict what animal will choose to do what, on any given day. If the guy had been bit by a rabid badger, would his family be suing?
