Komperdell Customer Service

A section hiking friend of mine recently bent one of his Komperdell poles to the point where it is no longer length adjustable. He told me he was having trouble finding a way to contact their costomer service to see if you could help him out. Does someone have contact information for Komperdell customer service? Also if you have had dealings with Komperdell, how helpful were they? Thanks.
