Can someone tell me how to place a photo under the user name instead of the avatar? Thanks.

He he he....John Gault is correct though, you have to be a donating member to add a custom avatar photo (the one that shows up under your name)

If I understand your question correctly, ... go to the home page, click on your name or avatar under "User CP."

That takes you to a page where you can choose among the default avatars, or you have the choice of uploading your own photo.
