Parking and Shuttle Central Virginia

Looking at backpacking about half the Central Virginia section from Pearisburg to Bearwallow Gap near Buchanan. Any good place to leave car in Bearwallow Gap/Buchanan area and get shuttle back to Pearisburg? Can also park in Pearisburg and get shuttle to Bearwallow if that is better option. Will be doing the hike later this month.

There is parking at Bearwallow Gap between the trail and the Blue Ridge Parkway (about 0.1 mile from trail). The trail
also passes near the BRP about 3 miles south at a place that has more ample parking (and perhaps a tad safer).
