    Default Planning a section hike

I am planning a 3-5 day hike. Trying to decide between Vermont or PA. Any suggestions? Places I shouldn't miss?

Vermont, assuming you can wait until after mud and black fly seasons (July?).

Option 1: Manchester Center, Vermont to US Rte. 4/Killington (very pretty)

Option 2: Williamstown, Massachusetts to Manchester Center, Vermont (5 full days)

Option 3: US Rte. 4/Killington to Hanover, New Hampshire (pastoral, but limited views)

Depending on the time of year....Heads, Vermont; tails, Vermont! Actually ANY place on the trail is a good place to be! My advice is take 5 instead of 3. Enjoy
