    Default Tornados in North Georgia

Stay safe out there! Sounds like some bad storms rolling through this morning.

Just saw a report that Adairsville which is about 50 to 60 miles west/southwest of Springer just got hit by a confirmed tornado. Hopefully there aren't too many folks on the trail who may not know about the incoming weather at this time of the year.

Unconfirmed reports of some tornado touchdowns in our county. We got hit hard during the March 2012 outbreak. Hope these reports are untrue and it's just minor damage from straightline winds. Hope all on the trail are safe.

Wow, what a mess (photos)...love the tag line though.

One of my favorite places to be is in the woods when the trees are swaying 5 feet in each direction...NOT

    stay safe!

Wild weather all up and down the east coast. NC getting another 6" of rain? Temps here went from sub zero a few days ago to almost 60 today and will back to single digits Friday? Insane. No wonder I lost my running water, good thing I'm no stranger to lugging water from near-by streams

we're getting some crazy rain (which I think is good - - I like really charging up the groundwater and the streams) - - it's pretty windy but I haven't seen any trees down or power out or anything
