Default Columbia Omni Heat Base Layers

They're on sale for the next few days at the Gander Mountain near me and I'm considering buying them. Anyone have anything to say about them?
We shall not cease from exploration and the end of all our exploring will be to arrive where we started and know the place for the first time.

Have a top(red/blk) which works great. If sunny and around 50, I'd wear just that, assuming little or no wind when backpacking. During colder weather (snowing...) I'd wear that, a lite Columbia fleece, and lite rain shell while hiking (w/ pack..) and was warm enough. However, after recently washing mine for maybe like the 12th time, I've noticed some of the interior 'reflective spots' have started fading. Not sure if this is going to effect it's performance. Will find out later this month.
