Transportation out of Damascus, Va

My next section of the AT is from Elk Park, Tn to Damascus, VA.

Can anyone assist me in getting out of Damascus back to Elk Park or to Charlotte, NC.

I will be hiking from March 31 to when I get to Damascus. I will probably try to leave my car at the hostel in Roan Mt.
