    Default Foot treats

Any ideas for a good soothing cream to rub into your feet at the end of a long days walk. A cream that will revitalize your feet and help with the swelling.
The At leaves you breathless and gives you stories to tell. Scatterlings of Africa on a long walk to freedom

Not a soothing cream, but still soothing. When you take an extended break during the day, remove your footgear and socks for a while. Turn the socks inside out and let them air out. And at night, try sleeping with your feet elevated somewhat. That's easy to do if you use a hammock.

Take a look at Flexall Pain Relieving Gel in an Aloe Vera Base (Maximum Strength). Works very good for me.

I carry EVOO with me. Lots of uses, including foot rubs.
