    Default Waynesboro PA

Waynesboro PA is working on becoming a "certified AT Trail Town."

I stayed at the Burgundy Lane B&B ... Excellent since shuttles are included in the price. 17177628112

Also of note is a local, Dennis Sewell, who lives across from Pen Mar Park and will shuttle in the area. 13012413176

My aunt and uncle live there and often try to be trail angels for hikers in the area. It's a great "little" town with lots of services and not that far from the trail. A quick hitch or shuttle into town for the night.

What criteria must be met to get trail town designation ?
If they are successful we will have two certified trail towns named Waynesboro.

    Yes we will!

Some who are working on this designation are promoting the "Waynesboro to Waynesboro" connection.

Wouldn't that make a nice "hike?"

I think ATC has info on what constitutes a Trail Town.
