My husband is a USFS Class B Chainsaw Operator, has First Aid and CPR. You can put his name in the pot along with his (also certified) friend "ShooFly" they will be glad to do chainsaw work. I remember my husband called several AT club maintenance people, one of them told him they had plenty of sawyers. They mostly need laborers (hand sawyers, shovel work, etc.). Anyway, you must be USFS certified to operate a chainsaw on Gov. lands and my husband wil be glad to help when he returns from the PCT, hopefully this year!!!
