    Bacon, ham or sausage. Eggs, hash browns, fresh biscuits. Gallons of coffee. Generally on the trail, though, I have granola with Nido. I do make coffee, though.

    none, I prefer to hike an hour. then I snack on whatever I have pop tarts, pretzels or fig newtons

    On the trail it's breakfast shakes for me. Nestles Nido, Carnation instant breakfast and powdered freeze dried fruit.

    Hey, I helped Joanne the caretaker make them this weekend but, on the trail I prefer Coffee, granola bars with a peanut butter cup!

    This... I'll also substitute in thick slabs of french toast dusted with sugar, coated in butter and dowsed in syrup. But only when hiking and in town. Otherwise it's granola/pop tarts for cold breakfast every day
    2,000 miler. Still keepin' on keepin' on.
