Mt. Katahdin would be a lot quicker to climb if its darn access trail didn't start all the way down in Georgia.

Yep! Just download the Kindle App on your iPod (that's what I did) and then download this book.

    Thanks, Perry! Another amazing find!

What am I doing wrong? I have a Kindle app on my Android phone, but it seems not to offer a download option, only "Kindle Cloud," which seems to require a "real" Kindle ..... ?
I always know where I am. I'm right here.

Get the book while it's free, saving it to your Kindle Cloud. Then, go to your Amazon account and click on the Manage Your Kindle link. You should be able to identify the book, and then tell it to send it to your phone. That should work if you have registererd your phone, associating it to your Amazon account. Frankly, I did that what seems like a century ago, though I doubt it was quite that long. Anyway, as best I remember, once you install the Kindle reader on your phone, when you first open the app, it asks you to log in. That's when you tell it your amazon account information. Then, you should be able to download materials to your phone. But first, get the book while the price is right!
