Thread: Hennessey asym?

    Default Hennessey asym?

Anyone really use this? It's small!!

Lots of people use it. I do and I like it a lot. I guess I'm small, too, though the Hennessey website says 6 ft. height and 200 lb. weight are max for this model, and that doesn't strike me as small. The Hennessey Explorer models are for taller/heavier individuals.

I'm so confused, I'm not sure if I lost my horse or found a rope.

you talking about the tarp, right? yes, i've used it on the AT. i separated it from hammock with it's own suspension. you need to pick your location properly and put in storm mode if you expect heavy rain.

I don't use the little Hennessey tarp. I have a JRB 9x9 tarp that is still pretty light but offers more coverage.

Yes, me. HH Hyperlite w/ after market slings and cuben fly, integrated side zip. Got mine down to 1 lb 7 oz. I'll add to it with a UL Darien hammock w/ bug sock so I can modulize the components leaving the netting behind when not needed.

I used my tarp one time and it worked well. I now use the hex.
