NOC mail drop

Is there any where I could send a bounce box to NOC? Would they allow me to drop off a box personally?

Yes you can send a box to the NOC. Use the AT mailing label link in Sly's signature or go direct to it here (the NOC is in the hostel section):

I can think of no reason why they would care if either the postman or you handed them the box.
