Did TieDye/Karen Edwards finish the AT?

I have followed several hikers via Trail Journals to get my "hiking fix" while I'm out of the country for a year or so....

Several completed, one quit, and there's one I haven't seen either way.

Her name is Karen Edwards and she goes by the trail name of TieDye.

Her last entry on Trail Journals was October 7th in Caratunk, Maine.

I was wondering if she finished. Does anyone know?

I read her journal as well, amazed at her ability to remain upbeat no matter what she was reporting. Since we have not heard about a triumphant ascent of Katahdin or any other exciting completion, my guess is that she had to drop off the trail and, like most, was unable to tell anybody what she was doing. Sadly, many think of that as failure with lots of self-condemnation. Come on, TyeDye, give us an answer in your up-beat way.

she had posted a pic of her on abel bridge with big K in the back ground the other day on face book, I believe has finished and is resting some were with no inter webs. I hiked with her son last year on my thru
