Hi All,
I'm new to the forum. I'm looking to do an overnight coming up in the Roan area. Would anyone have any pictures of maps with landmarks of that area they could share? Specifically from carvers to 19e?
Thanks!

If you do a google image search of Carver's Gap, you'll see pictures of the area. Website below specifically describes a side trail of the AT just north of the gap, but more generally describes the whole region. Included is an interactive map and several nice pictures.

If you're interest is in the AT, I would encourage you to get a trail guide: http://www.theatguide.com
Lots of other helpful info online at www.appalachiantrail.org and www.atdist.com
Enjoy your hike!
I suggest you park at Mountain Harbour Hostel/B&B & they can shuttle you to Carvers Gap TH, then hike the AT back to Mountain Harbour, great area, easy trail to follow, plenty of place to camp & amazing views. http://www.mountainharbour.net/
