I've seen alot of threads talking about people's hiking experiences and i've noticed alot of people seem to have stopped somewhere in the middle of their hike to "refuel" on milk or buttermilk. Why is this? Personally if i'm hiking or exercising i don't know if i could keep milk down if i drank it, it's not really one of those things i say "boy i need something to drink, i'm going to get some milk". Well, atleast not when i'm exercising. Any insight?
