Does anyone have any insight into this? Thanks
Definitely possible.

PM me for details but the basic schedule for the Everett Region is:

Step 1 - get the Guthook app for the Mid State Trail
Day 1 - camp just south or north of Rainsburg Gap PA326
Day 2 - camp at Tenley Park in Everett
Day 3 - camp at Loysburg mobile home park/campground
Day 4 - set up shuttle and hostel stay with Brian Ford
Day 5 - stay at the Blue Lantern B&B just off trail in Williamsburg or push on to the Etna Trailhead shelter
Day 6 - stay at the Alfarata Trailhead shelter or push on to a campsite in Rothrock S.F.

from there you are in state forest most of the time all the way to north of Blackwell in the Tioga Region
