My buddy SilvrSurfr introduced me to BumbleBee Spicy Thai Chili Seasoned Tuna Medley. That on some Wasa Multigrain Crispbread made for an awesome no cook meal, a fine lunch to be sure. Bumblebee also makes a few other flavors.

I typically go stoveless in the summer and any trip less than 3 days. My personal favorite is summer sausage and New York sharp cheese on a wrap. Tuna on a bagel with mayo and crushed up Cheez-Its also is tasty. There are lots of no cook options. You just need to be a little more creative.
