I'm looking for a place to crash for the night of July 23 and some kind of transportation from St. Albans to Journey's End the next morning. I found a cheap train from VA to St. Albans, but it gets me there at 9:30 PM and it's still about an hour away from Journey's end.
If there are any folks in St. Albans willing to help me out, that would beat the hell out of going to Burlington first and taking a "by the mile" type of shuttle.
How is hitching up that way? Looks like the best/most direct route to Journey's End Rd is Rt 105. How's hitching on Rt 105?
Anything I haven't considered/other options would also be appreciated.
