    Default inline water filter

    has any one tried the new inline water filter from Just Drink? Take a look at it.

    I cant see how you could suck through it... any filter element effective enough to really purify water takes a bit of effort to force water through?
    crew chiefs can fix anything with pro seal and 100mph tape...

    Default Inline water filter

    I have been using an inline water filter for years now. I use a 3 liter Platy in the outside mesh pouch on my ULA P-2 with the filter inline on the drinking tube. And no its no too hard to draw the water while drinking. If it does get harder, just clean it and its back to normal.

    I use Aqua Mira while in camp and the filter while hiking. Most of the time I have my water drawn and filtered and supper cooked by the time others pump their water Be careful below freezing though, drain it first if going to be below freezing
