When the smoke clears where will you head? What trail or section of trail?
Me: I'm thinking the Foothills Trail.

Let's head for the roundhouse; they can't corner us there!
Back on to the PCT. Probably at South end of Sierra, Kennedy meadows, and try to get at least rest of California done.
I've been meaning to do Maine again in the fall. In the mean time, I'll be red lining my White Mt map through the wilderness areas. The rest of you, stay home!

I'm doing a 60 mile section hike of the Sheltowee Trace Trail in eastern Kentucky in a couple weeks if it's legal. I've only been there for a couple weekend trips. I really enjoyed both experiences so I'm really excited to be there for a week.

Back on AT to finish it up. Just need 54 miles from Front Royal to Harpers Ferry.
I have a permit in for 2 for the North Circle Loop in Glacier in August. So that will be it for me, provided I'm granted the permit. Otherwise, more sections of the AT.

I would love to do another chunk of Vermont's Long Trail, if my back is up to it. Meanwhile, it's daily walks in the local state park with my 14-year-old husky, who insists on them with her beautiful, pleading blue eyes.
just want to clear the blow-downs off my section. I already know it is going to be bad...
I think I will start with the Black Forest Trail in PA and then, based on timing and weather see if I cannot do a trip somewhere in the west.
Hope to finish the Benton Mackaye this year.
