lol, pirate is a trail legend, and with that stigma comes the fact that people are going to talk about you. i only wish people gave that much of a crap about my trail exploits, whether true or not.

you'll thank yourself if you just go out and buy a 50 liter pack, thus forcing yourself to downsize all your gear to fit into it.
i had issues with my IT Band while on the trail. basic stretches helped me out IMMENSELY.
