    I guess I'm just cursed. I clear the my Chrome browser and still got the subscribe pop-up. Then I tried with a cleared Edge browser and got the subscribe

    I suspect that if you pulled the site up the first time with no ad blocker, you'd have been fine.
    With an ad blocker, it presents you an option
